I release Kids Yoga Education, Suzanne Ellis, and Kids Yoga Education facilitators, employees, assistants, staff and all sponsoring agencies from responsibility for any injuries I may receive as a result of my participation in this course. I certify that my level of physical condition as determined by myself or my physician will allow me to safely participate in this program.

I understand that I will receive a certificate upon completion of the course. I understand that if I miss more than 30 minutes of the training course I will not receive a certificate of completion. If I require a makeup session, I understand that it will be charged at a rate of $150 per hour.

Though Kids Yoga Education endeavours to emphasise the importance of integrity and ethics in children’s yoga teachers, I agree that Kids Yoga Education is not responsible for the actions of those who have taken training in this course.

I understand that the names Kids Yoga Education, Kids Yoga Education and Kids Yoga Education Therapy For Kids are the property of Suzanne Ellis, and as such must not be used as the title of yoga courses, materials or classes that I may offer. It is entirely appropriate for Kids Yoga Education to be listed in my course bio or resume as a statement of my training.

I understand that all concepts, information and materials in this course (the “Materials”) are the property of Kids Yoga Education and are commercial-in-confidence. They are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws. I acknowledge that the Materials constitute commercially valuable, proprietary, confidential property of Kids Yoga Education, the design and development of which required the investment of substantial effort, time, and money and reflect, in part, the credibility and “good will” of Kids Yoga Education. I acknowledge and agree that I have no right to modify, edit, alter or enhance any of the Materials in any manner. The Materials may not be duplicated, distributed, transmitted, or broadcast in any manner, or used for any purpose, without the prior written permission of Kids Yoga Education. I agree that I will not use the Materials in any way that might compromise the proprietary or confidential nature of the Materials. Without limiting any of the foregoing, I agree not to deliver the Materials themselves, either reproduced or modified, or anything derived from the Materials, either orally or in writing, as part of any seminar, training program, workshop, website, book, ebook, consulting, or other business activity, except with the prior written permission of Kids Yoga Education, which may be given on such terms as it deems fit. Furthermore, I will not pass off the content, concepts or information in the Materials as my own.

I understand photographs, video, and/or audio recordings may be taken during the training courses. I irrevocably consent to and authorise the use, publication and reproduction of these photographs or recordings, for any editorial purpose, television, promotion, art, advertising or other purpose whatsoever. I understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration for either the initial or subsequent use of these photos/videos or audio and consent to being photographed and/or recorded.

I agree that I will not record the training course in any way without the express prior written consent of Suzanne Ellis.

I acknowledge that the cancellation policy is that deposits are refundable for up to 10 days after your registration, after which time they are no longer refundable and only transferable to another course. Course transfers must be completed within one year of the original course date. Any deposits made on or after the balance due date are non-refundable and only transferable. All Refunds or transfers will incur a $50 processing fee. Course registrations are not transferable to a different course or another person. No refunds or transfers will be issued within 30 days of the training. Refunds and transfers may be provided, at our full discretion, where the cause of cancellation is outside of the course participant’s control, such as due to a medical emergency.
